Professional Air Conditioning Contractors in Colorado Springs

Colorado Springs is known to get cold in the winter. However, Colorado Springs can also reach exceedingly high temperatures in the summertime. It is highly uncomfortable to live, breathe, eat, and sleep in a home without proper air conditioning. Professional air conditioning contractors in Colorado Springs can install new systems, fix old units, and provide maintenance services so you and your family are comfortable year-round.

Strange Noises

Generally, air conditioning systems do make noise. However, this noise is typically a low humming sound. If you start to hear rattling or other strange noises, you should reach out to professional air conditioning contractors in Colorado Springs to schedule a service call. AC contractors will inspect and diagnose your AC system.

Bad Smells

Your AC unit and system should not smell bad. If you start to notice bad smells coming from your AC unit and/or system, you should always call a professional AC contractor. The contractor may suggest you turn off your AC until they can come to your home and inspect it. In some extreme cases, mold spores can lodge inside your AC unit. You do not want microscopic mold spores blown into your home, which can cause even greater problems.

Leaking

It is common for window AC units to drip. However, the drip should be caught in the AC’s drip pan. A small leak may indicate that you must empty the drip pan. In some cases, you may need a professional contractor to further evaluate your AC system. A leak can be due to a wide variety of reasons that only a professional can rectify.
